Reschedule Policy

However, we understand that life happens! Therefore, we do offer our services to be rescheduled at no additional charge if we are given at least 24 hours notice by contacting us.

No Show Policy

Our services are offered in time slots that you choose for your schedule. We commit to attending the booked session on time to deliver the service.

Joining 15+ minutes late for a session will result in a cancelled session and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
