UPCOMING WORKSHOP:
Supporting a Loved One With Addiction

Our online educational workshop, Supporting a Loved One with Addiction, is designed for families and caregivers seeking clear, practical guidance during substance use challenges. This low-cost, accessible virtual workshop provides evidence-informed education on addiction, alcohol misuse, drug dependency, relapse patterns, and healthy boundary setting. Participants will learn how to support a loved one with substance use concerns without enabling harmful behaviours, while protecting their own mental health and emotional wellbeing.

This family-focused addiction workshop covers communication strategies, understanding addiction as a behavioural and mental health condition, recognizing crisis warning signs, and exploring treatment and intervention options. The online format makes it accessible across Eastern Ontario and beyond, allowing families to participate from the comfort and privacy of home.

If you are searching for affordable addiction education, family support for substance use, or online mental health workshops, this program offers structured, compassionate guidance at a low cost, making professional education accessible to those who need it most.

A virtual group workshop on Saturday, March 28 from 1:00PM - 4:00PM that will provide practical guidance, emotional clarity, and evidence-based strategies for families navigating addiction.
